Enneagram of Personality: The Reformer The Rational, Idealistic Type: Principled, Purposeful, and Perfectionistic. After taking the Enneagram of Personality test, I realized that it is an amazing tool that helped me better understand myself. According to my personality type (One), I am a conscientious, realistic, and ethical person, with a strong sense of right and wrong. This personality type supports my idea of being an advocate for change, always seeking to improve things around me and help whoever I can. At the same time, it reminded me that I am afraid of making mistakes. This is often very evident, as I consider myself and behave many times as a perfectionist. In addition, and I agree, it describes me as a very organized and orderly person. Sometimes, my personal calendar, planner, and sticky notes are just not enough. On the downside, it also describes me as an impatient person, which according to my partner, is very true.
Key Motivations: Want to be right; to strive higher and improve everything; to be consistent with my ideals; to justify myself; & to be beyond criticism so as not to be condemned by anyone. Basic Fear:Of being corrupt/evil; defective. Basic Desire: To be good, to have integrity, to be balanced.
